Eligibility for Exchange
- Products are eligible for exchange only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at supratims540@gmail.com.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Any product purchased during a sale, discount, or promotional offer is not eligible for exchange.
- Limited-edition items are not eligible for exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, contact us at supratims540@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we will share instructions on how to return the item.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item within 7–10 business days.
- In case the requested product is unavailable, a store credit of the same value will be issued.
Shipping Charges
- In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, Vault Street will cover the return shipping cost.
